We're looking for a creative and organized Content Curator to help us manage, curate, and prepare visual content for our growing video library. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling through visuals and enjoys organizing content that highlights artistry and craftsmanship.
You'll work closely with our in-house team and an independent contractor video editor to turn raw project footage into engaging YouTube and social media videos. This position requires strong technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva, as well as the ability to navigate the Windows operating system confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage daily project footage from network cameras into labeled and structured folders.
- Review, sort, and curate footage into workable clips for editing.
- Research topics related to stained glass and Christian symbolism to ensure accuracy and liturgical relevance.
- Write engaging short-form scripts or outlines to accompany video edits.
- Coordinate with and manage an external video editor to ensure delivery of 1–2 high-quality videos per week.
- Design attention-grabbing thumbnails using Photoshop or Canva.
- Upload and publish videos to YouTube and various social media platforms.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring content workflows and tasks.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with religious or liturgical subjects (a plus, but not required).
- Prior experience with video production, YouTube, or content management is highly valued.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
- Comfortable using Windows OS and file management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
