Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will leverage your expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and analytics to create compelling content across various social media channels.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts and managing social media campaigns.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
  • Monitor social media trends and perform social listening to understand audience preferences and enhance engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and other stakeholders to foster partnerships that enhance brand visibility.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics.
  • Excellent photography skills with experience in video editing preferred.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing projects independently.
