Company Overview

We are a boutique yacht brokerage specializing in producing premium, high-impact digital content. Our team creates visually captivating reels and videos to highlight luxury yachts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We are now seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our growing media team.

Position: Remote Video Editor

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract / Freelance (Daily Deliverables)

Responsibilities

  • Edit and deliver 3 short-form reels per day from raw footage provided.
  • Perform color grading, keyframing, beat matching, and motion effects to create highly engaging, visually captivating reels.
  • Collaborate with our team for music/audio direction (audio may be provided, but initiative in finding fitting tracks is a plus).
  • Ensure each reel matches or enhances the visual style of our brand as showcased on our Instagram.
  • Maintain fast turnaround while upholding the highest editing standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong grasp of color grading, pacing, and storytelling for hype-style videos.
  • Reliable computer setup and internet connection suitable for daily editing.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver daily reels.

  • Download the trial folder of raw footage.
  • Create one trial reel that matches or elevates our current style.
  • Submit the reel with your application.

  • The trial reel is a required part of the application process.
  • There will be no compensation for trial reels.
  • We will not publish, post, or distribute any trial reels. They are used strictly for evaluation.
  • All raw content provided remains the exclusive property of Fly Yachts and may not be shared, posted, or distributed in any form.
  • Submission of a trial reel does not guarantee an interview or job offer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
