This is a CoffeeSpace Partner Role — we work with select early-stage founders building ambitious, category-defining companies. We help them find their foundational hires through a mix of deep search, outbound, and semantic matching.
This particular role is with Humeo, a San Francisco–based AI product lab building the next interface of creative expression.

Humeo is building new interfaces for creation and expression in an AI-native world.
Today, less than 5% of the world's 5.2B social media users create regularly — not because they lack expertise, but because creation is still time-consuming, high-friction, and mentally demanding. Meanwhile, short-form video dominates attention.
Humeo believes AI can close this gap.
Their first product functions like an AI Short-Video Production Crew in Your Pocket:
- AI Strategist — Generates a personalized short-form content plan
- AI Director — Guides you through recording with interview-style prompts
- AI Editor — Produces polished, ready-to-post videos in minutes

Humeo recently raised $3.5M to accelerate this vision and is now expanding its early team. This is not a traditional opening — it's an opportunity to help define the product, shape the workflows, and potentially grow into a true founding role as the company scales.

The Role — Head of GTM / Experiments
You will run the playbook end-to-end, from sourcing and onboarding to feedback loops that create revenue retention, and shape the product.
We go to market through creator partnerships, affiliate systems, outbound experiments, and relentless iteration.
You'll lead the charge, manage an intern strike team, and turn signals into systems.
You will
- Run daily GTM experiments across creators, coaches, affiliates, and outbound.
- Build and manage an intern strike team to execute outreach, demos, and follow-ups.
- Create repeatable systems for cold email, LinkedIn outreach, DM workflows, and referrals.
- Build and manage creator or coach partnerships that actually move revenue.
- Run demos, close deals, handle rejections, refine ICP, and find new pockets of demand.
- Track metrics tightly and build upon working and what is not.
You're right if you

- Think like a strategist and act like a guerrilla marketer.
- Understand the customers — how they think, what they buy, what they fear.
- Can manage people, build processes, and still jump on the phone to close.

Compensation
Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000
Equity: Meaningful early ownership (stock options / RSUs)
We target a total compensation range of $200,000–$250,000 (base + equity). Our equity packages are designed to offer significant long-term value and align incentives with company growth. Specific grant details will be discussed during the interview process and calibrated to experience, impact, and role scope.
