In this role, you'll help lead some of our most exciting digital, social, influencer, and ambassador-driven programs—bringing complex ideas to life while building strong relationships with clients, creators, and internal teams.

You'll oversee day-to-day execution across multiple digital workstreams, including influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, digital promotions, and community-driven experiences. This role is equal parts relationship-builder, executional leader, strategist, and project manager—perfect for someone who loves people, process, and bringing bold digital ideas into the world.

Digital Program & Account Management
  • Lead and support digital, social-first, influencer, and loyalty programs across multiple Motive clients.

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact for assigned workstreams, ensuring proactive communication, alignment, and accountability.

  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans for internal teams and partners.

  • Partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and influencer teams to develop and deliver content, social, and community-driven work.

  • Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables with precision across complex, multi-workstream programs.

  • Monitor and optimize digital programs in real time—identifying opportunities to improve performance, engagement, and impact.

  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, trends, and cultural shifts, bringing fresh POVs and inspiration back to clients and teams.

Ambassador & Community Management
  • Support and help lead a large national ambassador program, ensuring a seamless, engaging participant experience.

  • Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships with a national network of ambassadors—serving as a trusted point of contact, problem-solver, and advocate.

  • Manage ongoing communications, updates, and engagement through digital platforms, email, and social channels.

  • Oversee planning and execution of ambassador-led activations, meetups, and community events (local and regional).

  • Coordinate complex calendars, vendors, logistics, and deliverables—ensuring everything is on time, on brand, and on budget.

Who You Are
  • A warm, high-energy relationship builder who connects easily and builds trust fast.

  • Exceptionally organized, with strong project management instincts and comfort managing many moving pieces at once.

  • Experienced in influencer, ambassador, or community-led programs—and excited by the power of people-driven marketing.

  • A clear, adaptable communicator who can shift tone across ambassadors, clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Curious, collaborative, and plugged into culture, creators, and digital communities.

  • Comfortable supporting events and activations, including logistics, communications, and vendor coordination.

  • Experience in automotive, outdoor, lifestyle, or enthusiast categories is a plus (but not required).

What You Bring (Candidate Requirements)
  • 5–8 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, community management, or influencer/advocacy programs.

  • Experience managing large communities, complex digital initiatives, or multi-market activations.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent, and high-engagement audiences.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
