We are establishing a new integrated healthcare and wellness center offering therapy, diagnostics, and preventative health services in the Princeton area.

We're assembling a small founding team of driven professionals to build and operate this business from the ground up. Each founding member will take responsibility for a core function — operations, clinical services, business development, or administration — and will receive equity ownership and long-term growth potential.

This is an opportunity to join as a co-creator, not just an employee.

Core Roles We're Looking For:

  • Operations Lead: oversees day-to-day management, compliance, and staffing
  • Clinical Director: guides patient services and ensures quality of care
  • Business Development / Marketing Lead: drives growth and partnerships
  • Administrative / Finance Manager: handles scheduling, billing, and reporting

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in healthcare, therapy, wellness, or related operations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership or startup experience
  • Ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and build systems from scratch
  • Strong communication and accountability skills
