Job Description
We are seeking an HR Operations Associate to join our team in Princeton, NJ As an HR Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the HR team in the smooth and efficient execution of various human resources processes and projects. You will play a vital role in managing HR systems, data, and policies, ensuring compliance with company regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and compliance processes, including internal/external audits (SOX, payroll, stock options) and ad-hoc audit requests.
- Perform quarterly reconciliation between ADP and SAP to ensure data accuracy.
- Complete biweekly payroll actions and Kronos reporting for non-exempt employees; maintain vacation entitlements and year-end carryover.
- Support HRIS data integrity and digitization efforts; maintain accurate HR data in SAP and provide weekly reports.
- Create holiday calendars, employment verifications, HR letters, and assist with global mobility operations (managing expat, documentation & coordinating with Immigration team).
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for temporary employees; partner with staffing agencies for contracts and SOWs.
- Manage HR operations and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in working within HR. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, tax regulations, and wage/hour laws.
- Expertise in SOX audit standards, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with immigration and global mobility processes for U.S. employment.
- Proficiency in HR systems (SAP, Kronos) and payroll platforms (ADP).
- High attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage sensitive data securely.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and global team engagement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple audits/projects simultaneously.

Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Dr.Reddy's Laboratories offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined on the basis of role, experience, skill set and location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including comprehensive health care coverage, retirement savings plan and leave benefits.
