Role Overview The Senior Manager will lead major transformation initiatives that modernize how clients operate—spanning business process, operating model, and technology enablement. You'll ensure successful delivery through structure, governance, and execution excellence, while collaborating closely with Centric and client leaders to build lasting relationships. This role is ideal for a proven transformation or program delivery leader who wants build and lead our most strategic accounts. This is a highly visible role suited for a consulting leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and relationship management.

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead large-scale transformation programs integrating business process optimization, operating model redesign, and technology enablement.
  • Manage program governance, delivery structure, and performance tracking across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through disciplined project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate strategic intent into actionable execution plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with technical and business teams to ensure alignment across people, process, and technology components.

Client Leadership & Account Growth

  • Serve as a senior advisor and key contact for client executives and sponsors.
  • Build trust and credibility through delivery excellence, business insight, and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with Centric account and practice leaders to shape transformation roadmaps and expand engagement opportunities.
  • Gradually assume account leadership responsibilities — including planning, governance, and long-term relationship management — as trust and delivery maturity are established.

Team & Practice Collaboration

  • Work with Centric peers to refine delivery methodologies and transformation frameworks.
  • Model Centric's people-first, collaborative culture and contribute to building a high-performing delivery community.
  • Share lessons learned, insights, and best practices across projects and industries.

Who You Are: 

  • 10+ years of consulting or professional services experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Strong track record delivering complex, multi-workstream programs that span process, technology, and organizational design.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, manage stakeholders, and influence decision-making.
  • Experience managing program financials, budgets, and delivery teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts and help shape new engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid delivery frameworks a plus.
