Bricks & Minifigs is the largest aftermarket LEGO toy store, specializing in new and used LEGO items. We buy, sell, and trade all LEGO products, from bulk tubs to storage unit-sized collections. With a vast assortment of new, used, and retired sets, and minifigures we ensure your LEGO collection keeps growing.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Lees Summit, MO. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining store displays. Additional tasks include supervising staff, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. The Assistant Manager will also participate in buying and trading LEGO products, as well as participating in store events and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Experience in Retail Management and Inventory Management
  • Basic Knowledge of LEGO products and a passion for LEGO building
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience in handling transactions and using point of sale (POS) systems
