Will's Power is a trauma informed, joy centered ABA agency redefining what meaningful therapy looks like for autistic individuals and their families. We go beyond discrete trials and data sheets. Our goal is to create real world learning experiences that promote inclusion, self-regulation and lifelong skills through compassionate, creative and evidence-based practice.

About the Role

We're looking for a BCBA who's ready to think outside the box.

This is not your typical clinic role. You will design and oversee programs that are active, inclusive and community based, blending structured learning with authentic life experiences.

You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to:

-Design creative, engaging programs that go beyond repetitive drills.

-Integrate neurotypical peer models into sessions to foster social learning and inclusion.

-Join clients in community outings, classes and real world learning environments.

-Anticipate triggers and prevent escalation using coregulation and proactive supports.

-Train and supervise technicians in trauma-informed, flexible ABA methods.

-Lead social groups through joyful participation (not just observation).

-Provide direct session support when needed and maintain treatment fidelity through supervision and documentation.

Who You Are

-A BCBA who values connection, creativity and compassion as much as data.

-Skilled in behavior management in natural environments and calm under pressure.

-Excited by collaboration and inclusion and willing to adapt programming to real life rather than force life into a rigid program.

-Confident with training others to use trauma-informed, relationship based techniques.

-Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and one weekend per month.

-Newer BCBAs are welcome You'll receive direct mentorship and supervision from an experienced BCBA who will guide you as you grow into the role.
