Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Compensation and Schedule: Pay Range: $85 - $105/hour Full-Time: 25 hours/week or Part-Time Available Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability Location: Geln Burnie, Maryland HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Skills and Qualifications: Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
