What You'll DoYou'll lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline and expanding the company's footprint in key enterprise markets. As the primary point of contact for clients, you'll shape sales strategy, manage relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery while driving revenue growth and long-term client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively identifying and engaging enterprise customers with significant IT hardware refresh or decommissioning requirements.
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline across target sectors by conducting thorough client research, qualifying opportunities, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Executing short- and long-term sales plans to meet revenue objectives and developing proposals and RFP responses to secure new business.
Acting as the main point of contact for accounts, building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborating with operations, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and technology refresh cycles to inform sales strategy.
Providing reporting and insights to management on activity, emerging opportunities, and market trends.
Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
You bring deep experience in B2B sales, business development, or IT lifecycle services, with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and building strategic client relationships. You excel at identifying opportunities, closing high-value contracts, and driving revenue growth while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
You are a strong fit if you bring:
Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B business development, ideally within ITAD, IT lifecycle services, procurement, or data center solutions.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT hardware, servers, storage, networking, and end-user devices.
Demonstrated ability to develop and close high-value contracts and manage complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and commercial skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
High integrity and commitment to data security and environmental best practices.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
