Overview

Reporting to the Guest Experience & Spa Operations Manager, the Front Desk Coordinator serves as the gracious ambassador of the Georgia Louise Beauty Longevity Atelier, ensuring every guest receives an impeccable and personalized experience from arrival to departure.

This role requires poise, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality and luxury skincare. The ideal candidate embodies calm confidence, anticipates client needs with intuition, and upholds the Atelier's reputation for excellence. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Hospitality Excellence

  • Welcome and engage each client with warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
  • Deliver a refined and seamless guest journey that reflects the Georgia Louise Beauty Longevity Atelier's elevated brand standards.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and day-of coordination, ensuring optimal flow and timing for each guest.
  • Anticipate client preferences and communicate special requests or considerations to the Guest Experience & Spa Operations Manager.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality for all clientele, including high-profile and VIP guests.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of the reception area to ensure a polished, serene, and inviting atmosphere at all times.

Front Desk Operations

  • Manage daily check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and personalized care.
  • Handle all inquiries—via phone, email, and in-person—with refined communication and product knowledge.
  • Ensure accurate billing, service records, and payment processing in Boulevard Software.
  • Collaborate with therapists and management to adjust and optimize the schedule in real time when needed.
  • Assist with Atelier opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational standards are met.

Retail & Product Support

  • Provide expert assistance on skincare products, guiding clients toward selections that complement their treatments and skin goals.
  • Maintain a pristine and well-merchandised retail environment.
  • Support retail inventory control through restocking, packaging, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with Atelier and e-commerce retail orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Administrative & Team Collaboration

  • Provide attentive administrative support to the Guest Experience & Spa Operations Manager and Atelier leadership.
  • Assist with internal reporting, client database updates, and guest service documentation.
  • Participate in staff meetings, service trainings, and brand education to uphold the Atelier's elevated standards.
  • Support Atelier events, activations, and masterclasses as requested.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, spa, or high-end retail.
  • Refined interpersonal and communication skills, with a gracious and composed demeanor.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional multitasking ability.
  • Professional appearance that reflects the Georgia Louise brand image.
  • Knowledge of luxury skincare and wellness is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Boulevard Software a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move spa supplies up to 25 pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
