The
Director of Business Solutions, Analytics & Innovation
leads the strategy, delivery, and optimization of LSB's enterprise applications, ERP, data, and analytics platforms. This role ensures that IT solutions are business-aligned, scalable, and value-driven. By driving process optimization, master data governance, and advanced analytics, the Director will enable LSB to operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and innovate across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the Business Solutions & Data roadmap in alignment with LSB's Digital Evolution strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into application, data, and analytics solutions.
  • Champion standardization and modernization of applications to reduce complexity and technical debt.
  • Drive continuous improvement through disciplined governance and measurable value delivery.

Enterprise Applications & ERP

  • Lead ERP/JDE strategy, ensuring optimization, stability, and alignment with evolving business processes.
  • Oversee enterprise application portfolio, ensuring integration, scalability, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive adoption of SaaS and cloud-native solutions where appropriate, enhancing flexibility, security, and user experience.

Data & Analytics

  • Establish data as a strategic enterprise asset through effective data governance and stewardship.
  • Lead business intelligence and analytics programs that deliver insights, forecasts, and predictive models.
  • Build and mature a self-service analytics culture, empowering business units while ensuring data consistency and quality.
  • Partner with leaders to define KPIs and drive visibility to operational and strategic metrics.

Solution Delivery & Innovation

  • Manage solution delivery teams (developers & analysts) using agile and iterative approaches.
  • Partner with the business to explore emerging technologies (AI, ML, RPA, IoT) and scale successful pilots.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and designed for business outcomes.

Governance & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business Partners to ensure all initiatives align to business priorities and deliver measurable value.
  • Define KPIs and measure solution and data ROI, adoption, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure & Cybersecurity peers to ensure secure-by-design applications and data platforms.
