Events Coordinator (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary
The Enablement Program Manager will lead the design and execution of strategic enablement initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is pivotal in translating business priorities into scalable programs, tools, and processes that empower teams to deliver with clarity, consistency, and impact. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Business Operations, Program Management, and recruiting teams—to ensure alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement of enablement strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enablement strategies that support operational priorities and drive measurable outcomes against goals.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve readiness, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across teams.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption.
  • Oversee GETA operations to ensure smooth functioning while identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing robust solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Build and maintain enablement frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits tailored to operational workflows.
  • Partner with central operations teams to ensure GETA has the right reporting to track and report on key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Act as a strategic advisor building trust with leadership, surfacing insights and recommendations that inform business decisions through monitoring our reporting and performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles.
  • Preferred experience working in a matrixed or global organization.
  • Background in strategic planning or business transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement content and training programs.
  • Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools (e.g., OKRs, PowerBI, automation, internal ticketing systems).
  • Strong organizational skillset.

Additional Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Pay Range: $27 - $31 per hour
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
