We are a rapidly growing law firm expanding our Disability Department. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our Dayton office.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, ensuring attorneys' calendars are managed efficiently.
  • Handle procedural, client, and medical mail, ensuring accurate data entry into our case management system.
  • Gather and follow up paperwork related to cases.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and case managers on various tasks, including tracking and maintaining accurate case data.
