Managed Mobile, Inc. ), an industry leading provider of mobile fleet maintenance and fleet management services in California, Nevada and Texas is hiring a full-time Fleet Dispatch Coordinator.

The Fleet Dispatch Coordinator will be reporting to a Group Manager and will be located in our Placentia corporate office.

The Fleet Dispatch Coordinator is a multi-faceted role that is highly interactive within the operations department. The Fleet Dispatch Coordinator will perform a core role of responsibility but will be cross trained in multiple disciplines in order to provide additional added value to the operational team. The Fleet Dispatch Coordinator will work with multiple teams regularly in order to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals as defined by the team, leaders and business. It is expected that the Fleet Dispatch Coordinator operate as a shared resource among multiple teams and divisions as a standard practice. The Fleet Dispatch Coordinator will receive direction from multiple leaders within the organization on a regular basis. It is critical that the Fleet Dispatch Coordinator has an innate ability to be highly functional within multiple teams simultaneously.

The primary duties and responsibilities for the Fleet Dispatch Coordinator are as follows:

  • Setting up all outgoing job preparation, including generation of repair orders and processing purchase orders
  • Communicating with clients via phone to alert, confirm and obtain approval for services due
  • Coordinating logistics with clients to schedule fleet preventative maintenance and repair services
  • Assisting with technician scheduling and dispatch
  • Being a primary contact for communication and coordination with vendors
  • Additional duties are added on an as needed basis by supervisor.
