SUMMARY: Work with our in-house Digital Commerce and IT departments to generate detailed requirements documents to improve user experience and conversions within Heritage's range of web and mobile products and utilize a thorough testing regimen during implementation and roll-out. Projects will range from normal site maintenance and upgrades to large-scale new features and products. This position will ensure that our web properties are optimized using white hat SEO best practices to attract and engage our target audience. Will work with category managers, the rest of our web marketing team and technical sources to develop and maintain the company's SEO strategies, and use various analytic tools to evaluate the success of those campaigns and improve our process. 

LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of changes to the company website, mobile apps, and related products
  • Collaborate with IT and internal clients
  • Perform keyword discovery and optimization
  • Work with the development team to ensure on-page and meta data SEO best practices
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a web producer or quality assurance expert with SEO expertise, and a working knowledge of web programming required.
  • Experience with JIRA and Test Rail preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
