PrimeLending is looking to hire a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. The AVP, Digital Marketing Manager leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of PrimeLending's digital ecosystem including corporate, branch and loan officers' websites, landing pages, SEO, analytics, email marketing, and digital user experience. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role manages a multidisciplinary team responsible for front-end development, social media, and marketing projects that drive engagement, leads, and brand growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on – fluent in SEO, UX, analytics, testing, and automation – with proven experience leading digital initiatives that improve visibility, conversion, and customer experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, UX, analytics, and email automation.
  • Proven track record managing multi-site web environments and optimizing for performance and conversion.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, and technical optimization.
  • Strong understanding of UX, website architecture, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console, and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
  • Experience designing or managing digital creative in Canva, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills; data-driven decision maker.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • BS degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and prioritize work for the digital marketing team, including front-end development, social media, and marketing project management.
  • Define and execute digital marketing strategy to align with enterprise goals, ensuring seamless integration across web, email, and social platforms.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing, IT, and Compliance to ensure site stability, governance, and brand consistency across all properties.
  • Establish processes and best practices for testing, optimization, and reporting across all digital channels.

Website & UX

  • Oversee the management, design, and optimization of PrimeLending's websites and landing pages to improve lead capture and user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement UX/UI enhancements, ensure ADA compliance, and manage content workflows.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve conversion rates, engagement, and usability.

SEO, Content, and Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and traffic quality across all web properties.
  • Manage technical SEO, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee online business listings, directory accuracy, and reputation management to support brand trust and discoverability.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Lead digital components of customer and prospect journeys through Total Expert and other automation platforms.
  • Manage A/B testing for subject lines, creative, and segmentation to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate email campaign performance and refine strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and dashboards to track site performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop monthly digital performance reports highlighting trends, KPIs, and actionable insights.
  • Evaluate new digital tools, plugins, and technologies to enhance measurement and performance.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Support regional and branch-level marketing teams with digital best practices, analytics insights, and optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with peers across Marketing to create content and experiences that support recruiting, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Conduct training and workshops to expand digital fluency across the organization.
