Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This position offers a full caseload with the flexibility to manage your schedule. You will work primarily in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) setting with occasional home-based visits as needed. As a Physical Therapist Assistant with us, you will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions and provide high-quality care to your patients, while also benefiting from professional development and guidance from seasoned therapist as needed.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of patients, providing individualized physical therapy treatments.
• Maintain flexibility in your schedule to meet the needs of your patients.
• Communicate with patient family members and community clinical staff as needed.
