Job Description – Digital Creative Manager (Fully Remote)
Svantage LLC is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Creative Manager to join our marketing team and drive our digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
· Design and build high-quality digital creative assets including home page sliders, in-line banners, social and display graphics and email blasts tailored for the automotive industry.
· Collaborate with internal team and dealership leadership to ensure digital assets align with campaign goals, OEM guidelines, and brand standards.
· Analyze performance metrics of creative campaigns to provide actionable insights and optimize future creative strategies.
· Support seasonal promotions, sales events, and vehicle launch campaigns by producing engaging creative content.
· Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while incorporating innovative designs that enhance customer engagement.
· Partner with vendors, compliance teams, and co-op partners to ensure creative approvals and submissions are handled efficiently.
· Provide technical recommendations and feedback to improve creative processes, workflow, and asset management.
· Stay current on automotive marketing trends, digital advertising tools, and creative best practices to keep Svantage LLC at the forefront of the industry.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Digital Creater, Digital Designer, or similar creative role—preferably within the automotive industry.
· Strong portfolio showcasing digital creative work, including banners, in-line creative, and email campaigns.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AET and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
· Experience analyzing creative performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
· Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, service, and marketing teams.
· Knowledge of automotive compliance, OEM co-op requirements, and dealership advertising standards is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into creative improvements.
