Are you a strategic thinker and tactical executor with agency experience? Anchor Corps is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Marketing Specialist with strong account management, hands-on experience in Meta and AdRoll advertising, and a self-starter mindset to help deliver top-tier digital performance for our clients.

You'll manage client relationships, build and execute campaigns, and play a critical role in maintaining performance-focused initiatives. This is ideal for someone who thrives in both the strategy and execution lanes, and who's excited to grow in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Account Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients—building trust, driving strategy, and delivering results
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, content, email, social media, and paid media
  • Create clear and actionable creative briefs for internal teams (design, content, web)
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with optimization recommendations

Campaign Execution

  • Build, QA, and launch Meta Ads Manager and AdRoll campaigns (audiences, budgets, creatives)
  • Coordinate creative assets with internal teams and ensure all tracking (pixels, UTMs, CTM) is set up correctly
  • Monitor ad performance and flag issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain detailed documentation and task tracking in platforms like

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience required)
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and AdRoll
  • Strong skills in client communication and account management
  • Proficient in campaign hygiene: naming conventions, budget structure, audience segmentation
  • High attention to detail and commitment to QA
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, performance reporting, and tracking (UTMs, pixels, CTM)
  • Self-starter and go-getter who can manage their own work and anticipate needs

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads

Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets and campaign tracking templates
