Job Description:

The University of Northern Iowa's Department of Management and MBA program seek applications for a temporary Assistant Adjunct Professor, starting in January 2026. This position will be responsible for teaching one (3-credit hour) course in Information Systems and Data Visualization for MBA students in the Spring and Summer 2026 sessions. The course will be offered in a hybrid format, requiring both online (synchronous) instruction and in-person, on-campus teaching. Office hours are required.

Required Qualifications:

MBA or similar graduate degree in a related field; evidence of strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; teaching experience as the primary instructor of record; and demonstrated effectiveness as a member of a collaborative team required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong work experience in the related field; and record of excellence in teaching with evidence of a student-focused approach preferred.
