Security Supervisor | ALL SHIFTS

Anticipated October 31st, 2025 Start Date

Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Security Supervisor in the Forest City, NC area. This position would be responsible for covering all shifts and days, but would have a primary schedule which would be discussed during the interview process.

Starting pay of $19.00/hr- with weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Security officers area expected to maintain seamless service to the clients and follow all post orders that are in place for the position they are working.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Communicate effectively with the operations manager, client and officers and ensure that post orders and site goals were being followed according to the rules and regulations set out for the site.

Quality Standards:

Has a neat, professional appearance and comes to work in complete and clean assigned uniform.

No smoking on any assigned post.

Has a friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service.

Is a good communicator (both verbal and written) and is capable of handling typical and crisis situations both efficiently and effectively.

Understands and successfully executes his/her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations.

Must report all concerns to management noted on sites assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior security, law enforcement of military experience is preferred.

Prior security supervisor experience is preferred.

Basic computer and cell phone skills are required

Excellent verbal and written skills

Able to provide and deliver quality customer service

Ability to make good decisions (judgement and common sense)

Reliable transportation to get to work site.

Well-motivated, able as part of a team and be responsible to leading and motivating the security officers.
