Dump Truck Driver

Responsibilities include:

Drive dump truck locally to pickup or deliver materials (dirt, stone, and other similar materials) to all types of environments, including off-road jobsites. Must be able to operate vehicle in safe and professional manner on highways and at jobsites, obeying all OSHA / MSHA safety regulations.

Must be able to secure loads being transported to ensure safe arrival to jobsites.

Must be able to assist in loading and unloading trucks in the yard.

Perform pre & post trip inspections and report any maintenance issues to Supervisor and Mechanic.

Maintain ELDs (electronic logging device), driver daily logs, delivery documents, and fuel tickets. Must be able to fill out hauling tickets legibly and accurately daily.

Must be able to report and receive direction via email and cell phone.

Maintain and clean truck inside and outside on a regular basis.

Job requires:

Class A or B CDL license and current DOT physical card.

Must be able to pass drug or alcohol test, no DUI/DWI on driving record.

Prefer – at least 1 year of experience.
