Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Santa Clara, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage communications, handle clerical responsibilities, and provide support to executive staff. Additional duties include scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized records to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, data entry, and managing office tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise in Communication and Phone Etiquette for responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and adaptability for a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office technology is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
