Summary

We are seeking a driven Meat and Seafood Sales Representative with at least 2 years proven experience in meat and or seafood sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aggressively pursuing new business opportunities within Westchester County, Rockland County and Southern CT

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within the territory
  • Present and promote meat and seafood products to clients highlighting quality, sourcing and value
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teas to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain up to date records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues with professionalism and urgency
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in meat and or seafood sales
  • Strong knowledge of meat and seafood products including cuts, grading, sourcing and seasonal availability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a competitive sales environment
  • Self - motivated with a strong work ethic and results driven mindset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75,000-$100,000 based on experience
  • Commission structure for additional earning potential
