Group HR Manager

Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with corporate goals and support business growth.
Lead and coordinate talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning across all subsidiaries or divisions.
Standardize performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs across the group to ensure consistency and fairness.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all operating locations.
Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters, including organizational development, change management, and employee relations.
Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, and employee training programs at the group level.
Support the team and drive performance improvement through targeted success plans.
Manage and mentor HR teams in various subsidiaries to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree or MBA preferred.
At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a multi-business or multi-location environment.
Proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple business units or countries.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices in relevant jurisdictions.
Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience in managing complex change management and organizational development initiatives.
Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is highly desirable.
Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and talent management platforms.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Conflict resolution and negotiation expertise.
Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
