**Responsibilities**

  • Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and professional networking to build strong relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with account executives to develop tailored strategies that convert leads into clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to enhance the sales approach.

Qualifications
**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
