We're reshaping how employment law is practiced in California and are looking for a forward-thinking Litigation Paralegal to add to our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys handling employment litigation, including single-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA cases
  • Manage case files and maintain organization within Smokeball, Eve, and related systems
  • Draft and prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, and document productions
  • File and serve motions, pleadings, and other court documents
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and trial preparation logistics
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Help implement and utilize AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably with at least 1 year in employment law
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in litigation support software and comfort learning new technology
  • Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $90,000.00 per year
