Case Manager

Location: Position Type: Full-time

About the Role: As a Case Manager, you will be the central point of contact for clients, attorneys, and external partners, ensuring that every case progresses efficiently and clients feel supported throughout the legal process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage case files from intake to resolution.
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
  • Gather and organize documents, evidence, and reports.
  • Track case progress and maintain accurate records in the case management system.
  • Support attorneys with case preparation and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal office preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can Speak and write in English and Spanish
  • Preferrably with experience in Personal Injury or Lemon law
