This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Nitex. As a key member of our Apparel & Fashion department, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data related to our products and inventory. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and providing accurate information to our customers and stakeholders.

Location: United States (Remote)

Responsibilities:
  • Input and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels into our database
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors
  • Assist in creating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Adhere to data entry guidelines and best practices
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in data entry or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
