Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within various databases and ERP systems. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our data and supporting the overall administrative functions of the organization.

Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date
  • Utilize ERP systems for order entry and data management
  • Conduct data collection and transcription as needed
  • Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval
  • Create pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends
  • Assist with general clerical duties, including typing, filing, and administrative support
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency

Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
  • Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior office experience that demonstrates attention to detail and reliability

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 per hour
