As an AT&T Client Service Representative, you will serve as the welcoming face of our team, delivering best-in-class, direct customer service while identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. In this AT&T Client Service Representative role, you engage directly with potential customers, provide expert support tailored to their needs, and foster long-term relationships. By representing AT&T with confidence and professionalism, you contribute significantly to driving sales growth and reinforcing customer satisfaction.

AT&T Client Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in person, delivering knowledgeable and courteous AT&T support.
  • Explain AT&T products and services, highlighting benefits and features to drive sales.
  • Listen attentively, assess customer needs, and deliver personalized recommendations that result in sales.
  • Process service inquiries, activate new services, handle upgrades, and resolve billing questions with clarity.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales transactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Collaborate with AT&T Client Service Representative teammates to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
  • Uphold AT&T's standards of service excellence in every customer interaction.

AT&T Client Service Representative Requirement:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset, remaining calm under pressure and focused on customer needs.
  • Adaptability, tech-savviness, and willingness to learn new products, tools, and sales techniques.
  • Organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer interactions smoothly.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and a proactive approach to driving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours—including peak periods—to meet customer demand and sales objectives.
