Our sales and business consulting firm needs an Entry Level AT&T Assistant to provide personalized onboarding for everyone who chooses AT&T. The Entry Level AT&T Assistant uses their superb organizational skills and friendly approach to tailor each enrollment, making every individual and business feel uniquely cared for.

As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, your role is to make AT&T feel welcoming to anyone—a college student, a grandparent, a remote freelancer, or a growing family—and get started with AT&T. Whether they're signing up for their first unlimited wireless plan, activating gigabit Fiber Internet, or bundling home phone + smart security, the Entry Level AT&T Assistant guides them through every step of the way.

Day-to-Day Duties of the Entry Level AT&T Assistant:

  • Guide new clients through AT&T's wireless, broadband, fiber, and bundled service options—ensuring clarity around features, pricing, and eligibility.
  • Collect and validate enrollment documentation, confirming service availability and compliance across residential and business tiers.
  • Coordinate sales and activation timelines, communicating progress updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain CRM systems with detailed records of client interactions, service milestones, and account preferences to support retention and campaign tracking.
  • Address inquiries related to billing, service features, and account status—delivering timely, professional support across digital and phone-based channels.
  • Track enrollment activity and recommend improvements to sales, documentation accuracy, and customer engagement strategies.

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level AT&T Assistant:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing preferred.
  • Experience in customer support, enrollment, or administrative roles—especially in telecom, enterprise services, or sales-driven industries.
  • Strong communication skills—able to simplify service options and build rapport with diverse business profiles.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and digital tools for data entry, account tracking, and workflow management.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a client-first mindset.
