Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Product Implementation Analyst to oversee and execute assigned software product client implementation projects from inception to conclusion. This role involves translating software product features and requirements to meet client expectations, ensuring successful implementations, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate software product functional features and requirements to align with client expectations for successful implementations
  • Take overall accountability for product client implementation outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Provide skilled technical and project management leadership and advice to functional department leaders and clients
  • Communicate professionally and timely with stakeholders, managers, and clients
  • Assist in executing and supporting departmental plans, goals, and objectives
  • Show willingness to work on a variety of software product implementation types

Qualifications

  • SQL and XML expertise; requires intermediate knowledge of database table structures and joins
  • Demonstrated knowledge in successful software development client implementations
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment
  • Working knowledge of Project Management processes
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and assess data validity
  • Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
  • High communication proficiency, problem-solving, and technical analysis skills

Required Experience

  • 2 years of experience working with software configuration
  • 3-5 years of backend revenue cycle management experience
  • 3 years of project management experience
  • Proven experience executing software product implementation projects through all phases of the implementation lifecycle

Preferred Experience

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Healthcare software implementation experience

Additional Information

  • Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 depending on skills and qualifications
  • Location: Remote
  • Anticipated start date: 11/3/25
