Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Data Analyst and Developer to join their team. As a Technical Data Analyst and Developer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting the Operations and Technology teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Charlotte, NC (hybrid)

Pay Range:
$65/hr W2

(due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2)

What's the Job?

• Analyze, design, develop, enhance, and support applications that integrate with existing business components utilizing established processes, frameworks, and technologies.
• Develop and support both new and existing project requirements, including coordinating with business teams to understand needs and analyzing potential impacts of change requests.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of application and process issues, including problem identification, communication, and coordination with customer-facing support teams.
• Regularly communicate work progress with management, identify issues early, and resolve them promptly to minimize project impact.
• Learn and apply business processes to assigned tasks, ensuring solutions align with operational needs and standards.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in complex SQL queries and PL/SQL programming.
• Proven skills in software design, build, testing, and documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.
