The
JM Family College Internship Program
is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. As part of this program, you will actively contribute to your team's success, learn about JM Family's companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities, networking events, and much more.

The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program (
May 26th, July 31st, 2026
).

Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience and contributing to various department initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily operations and tasks specific to the QA Automation Engineer Intern role
  • Supporting the quality assurance process for software development. Contributing to ongoing designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and QA teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects.
  • Performing research or data analysis as needed to enhance test coverage and effectiveness.
  • Completing assignments related to test automation and reporting on progress to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Full-time position with flexible working arrangements
  • Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates in similar disciplines will also be considered. Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
  • Completed coursework may include classes in programming (such as Python, Java, or C#), software testing, automation frameworks, or related subjects.
  • Additional requirements or preferred qualifications may include familiarity basic understanding of software development lifecycle, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
