Your role at Sephora:

As an Email Marketing Producer, you will be responsible for producing and executing email campaigns for Sephora's extensive, dynamic and high-performing Email marketing and client lifecycle campaigns. Reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager, Email Operations, you will bring critical technical expertise and execution skills to facilitate accurate build & deployment of email marketing campaigns:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of email campaigns. You'll manage all aspects of campaign production, from proofing, testing and QA of campaigns to ensure accurate and error-free execution.
  • Be a champion for quality and accuracy. You'll implement rigorous testing and QA processes to ensure error-free campaigns across all devices and platforms, maintaining the highest standards of client communication.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders in Retention Marketing, Email Development, Merchandising, Promotional Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, CRM, and Creative to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Support expansion and growth of best-in-class email channel. You'll work on the testing and validation of net new tools and use cases for existing tools. You will partner with Email Development team and vendors to validate unlocking new use cases.
  • You will Lead execution of US email campaigns while maintain and refine team and cross-functional processes
  • Test and validate new technologies and expansion use cases
  • Limited travel (approximately two San Francisco team offsites per year)

We're excited about you if you have:

  • 2+ years of production e-commerce experience with a focus on email and mobile digital marketing
  • Familiarity with email deployment platforms (such as Epsilon, Braze, Bluecore, Exact Target, Strongview, Acxiom Digital, Salesforce, MailChimp or others)
  • Experience using Movable Ink, Jacquard, , or Ziflow.
  • Hands-on experience working with different CMS platforms and building campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with email marketing; Understanding of campaigns segmentation and analytics
  • Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and extremely organized
  • High sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects & stakeholders, meet deadlines, and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to collaborate across all teams
  • Excellent written, grammatical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A positive and collaborative attitude

The annual base salary range for this position is $63, $84,500.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
