Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering client relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to inspire the team, develop strategic sales plans, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales goals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales and management, preferably within B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of technology sales processes and technical products.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Demonstrated business development acumen with a focus on growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and performance data.
