Job Overview
Responsible within an assigned geographic region for the Datacom Wireless sales managing a regional sales team: selling antenna's, enclosure products, and other products that support the Wireless Infrastructure.
A Day In The Life
- Drive Regional Revenue Growth Strategically lead and execute high-impact sales initiatives to consistently exceed revenue targets across the assigned territory.
- Customer-Focused Field Engagement Travel with Sales Team members on in-person customer visits to deepen relationships, uncover needs, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification Continuously analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer insights to uncover new revenue streams and optimize go-to-market strategies.
- Technical Sales Enablement Leverage technical expertise to support compelling customer presentations, ensuring solutions are clearly aligned with business outcomes.
- Relationship Management & Customer Loyalty Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
- Performance Analytics & Strategic Adjustments Monitor sales performance metrics and pipeline health to proactively refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives—all while managing within budget.
- Quota Achievement & Sales Excellence Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined execution and customer-centric selling.
- Sales Leadership & Growth Mindset Exhibit a winning attitude and relentless drive to succeed, inspiring team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- College degree required and four (+) years of related Industry sales experience/ or a High School diploma with six (+) years of related Industry sales experience.
- Integrator sales experience is a plus.
- Datacom Wireless Industry experience required.
- Demonstrated experience leadership and people management (overseeing team of 4-5)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Have strong Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills along with proficiency in Power BI and
