As an Account Manager – Key Accounts, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships — sustaining partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and delivering solutions that create measurable business value.

In this role, you'll:
- Build deep, trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
- Understand business drivers and translate them into creative, data-driven solutions.
- Lead and grow strategic accounts, identifying new opportunities and driving a strong business pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, product managers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively resolve challenges, turning feedback into innovation and stronger partnerships.

- Building trusted relationships that lead to new projects, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
- Driving continuous improvement by evolving how we engage, deliver, and innovate with clients - across resource management, renewals, pipeline, and other key areas - leveraging feedback to optimize results.
What you bring…
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, ideally in telecom or technology.
- A proven ability to build and grow client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
