About the role This position is responsible for managing, strengthening and growing Leviton Network Solutions' relationship with existing and target global accounts. The Director, Global Accounts, will manage all aspects of these customers, developing and implementing systems and processes to enhance Leviton's value and position and drive profitable revenue, globally. Responsibilities Manages all aspects of the Global Accounts Management Team, including managing expenses, performance reviews, forecasting, and other sales management tasks. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the geographic landscape and commercial issues which have an impact on the business, team and customer base. Ensures the team is managing existing Global Accounts and growing business as well as prospecting for new Global Accounts. Identifies Global accounts in the US and internationally and develops a clear sales strategy and implements to win incremental business. Coordinates across the US and international sales teams to enable Leviton's capability to manage Global Account's needs. Facilitate quarterly meetings with regional and global leadership teams to ensure effective management of global account portfolio. Drive cross-functional collaboration with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for global accounts. Identify essential issues and manage situations appropriately according to priority and importance, adapting focus as situation changes. Undertake business reporting as required to support sales operations and effectiveness. Ensure that a comprehensive appreciation of competitor activities, performance and initiatives is understood throughout the business. Understand the financial goals and monthly performance of the business and drive activities to optimize revenue and profitability. Develop strategic relationships and coordinate activities with strategic partners and influencers (contractors, distributors, consultants, integrators) in support of global accounts. Facilitate quarterly business reviews with each account and document opportunities, challenges and successes to enhance engagement and drive future growth. Additional duties as assigned. Education & Experience Education Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing or business administration preferred, but not required MBA desirable RCDD and industry certifications preferred Experience Minimum 10 years' experience in structured cabling sales Minimum 5 years' experience in Major Account sales and management.
