Administrative Assistant

The Administrator Assistant is responsible for handling all duties inside the church office and working as a team with the Bookkeeper to organize and document all expenses and income for the church. Hours are typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3 hours a day and are flexible as well as subject to change.
Duties in the office include but are not limited to:
· Checking mail, phone messages, and emails from all accounts upon entering the office and forwarding any received messages to the Minister or others.
· Weekly phone conference with the Bookkeeper and Minister to discuss any important matters.
· Document and monitor all bank transactions
· Maintain accurate filing system.
· Monitor rental accounts/payments
· Perform computer maintenance and monitor back up procedures monthly
· Print bulletin on Fridays for Sunday Service
· Order supplies as needed
· Scan/ email Bookkeeper all documents/bills needed for maintaining financial records
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $12.00 per hour
