Well established oral surgery office looking for a full-time front desk receptionist with experience in oral surgery and customer service. If you are energetic, positive, caring and have a good work ethic, please apply today.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients
  • Review insurance co-pays with patients
  • Verify and update patient information
  • Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations

Requirements:

  • Oral Surgery or Dental office experience
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
  • Familiar with Gmail

Education and Experience:

  • General education or high school degree
  • Knowledge in dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis is a plus
  • Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
