Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort packages by zip code for delivery by DSPs.
  • Load, unload, and move packages and materials within the warehouse.
  • Supervise and train temporary workers in sorting procedures and best practices.
  • Communicate with DSPs to resolve delivery issues and build partnerships with new DSPs.
  • Coordinate truck dispatch and design efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel use.
  • Track and manage exceptions such as damaged, lost, or delayed parcels.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and label items for tracking.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Chinese,Spanish and English prefered.
  • Experience in logistics operations or vendor management (DSP experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Education: Preferred background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
