GOFOExpress was founded in August 2023 as a U.S. last-mile delivery provider. Through a network of distribution and sortation hubs in major U.S. cities, we combine self-developed infrastructure with carefully curated partner resources to create GOFO's own interstate line-haul and final-mile fleets, giving customers a quality, reliable and delivery-guaranteed service.

By the end of Q2 2025 we had activated delivery to more than 7,000 ZIP codes, covering over 50 % of local-origin orders and reaching cities in 30+ states, including Puerto Rico. We expect to reach 8,000 ZIP codes by the end of 2025, handling 65 % of all U.S. orders.

We are a certified logistics partner of leading global marketplaces such as TEMU, SHEIN and TikTok Shop, providing precise and reliable fulfillment. Partnerships with other major platforms—eBay, Amazon and others—are under way. Leveraging advanced technology, we continuously optimize routing, streamline hand-offs and offer real-time package tracking for end-to-end transparency. We are committed to industry-leading transit times and a more sustainable logistics experience.

Responsibilities 主要职责

  • 監督每日退貨處理流程,核實退貨原因的準確性。
  • 根據具體情況,判斷是否應處理退貨或重新配送,並與客服團隊協調。
  • 追蹤並彙整退貨問題分佈,收集異常數據,優化退貨原因分類以提升效率。
  • 使用 YunTu 系統管理退貨商品上架,並與團隊協作,確保當 Temu 退貨累積至一定數量後能及時出貨。
  • 監控退貨處理狀態,避免可能的罰款,確保所有退貨案件均有完整追蹤。
  • 與跨部門團隊合作,解決退貨相關問題,支持流程優化並推行最佳實務。
  • Oversee the daily processing of returns, verifying the accuracy of return reasons.
  • Make informed decisions to either process returns or arrange redelivery based on specific cases, in coordination with the customer service team.
  • Track and compile return issue distribution, collecting data on exceptions and optimizing return reason categories to improve efficiency.
  • Manage the shelving of returned items in the YunTu system, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely return shipments once a certain quantity of Temu returns is accumulated.
  • Monitor the status of processed returns to avoid any potential penalties, ensuring complete oversight of all return outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any return-related issues, support process improvements, and implement best practices.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving role is essential Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.
  • Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Mandarin is required
