Standard rates apply.We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support general warehouse operations such as generating work orders and ensuring quality standards are met in the production line. This role offers ample amount of flexibility, allowing you to choose assignments based on your availability and preferences.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Support daily production processes by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring efficient workflow on the production line.
  • Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of products for shipment, following company guidelines.
  • Safely and efficiently operate production machinery, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition and reporting malfunctions as needed.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and production areas, following all safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other production associates and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines.
  • Manage materials, tools, and supplies to ensure they are readily available for production, assisting with inventory counts as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in production or manufacturing roles.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance standards without constant supervision.
  • Responsibility for providing and maintaining your personal work-related equipment and certifications.
  • Adherence to applicable safety guidelines and operational procedures.
