Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned client accounts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all services are completed accurately and on time. This role requires daily communication with both clients and vendors to confirm satisfaction and performance, as well as consistent coordination with internal departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring all service needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Oversee work orders (WOs) from initiation through completion, confirming documentation, photos, and billing readiness.
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Coordinate new account onboarding and vendor setup following customer awards.
  • Escalate vendor or service-related issues to the Director of Client Services (DOCS) for resolution.
  • Handle out-of-scope service requests by obtaining quotes, submitting for client approval, and tracking work through completion.
  • Collaborate with Market Managers and internal departments to monitor site performance and address client concerns.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support after-hours requests as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with vendor coordination, invoicing, and work order management systems (FacilIT preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in facilities management, vendor relations, or account coordination is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63, $65,000.00 per year
