We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers while actively engaging in sales activities. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, communicative, and eager to help clients find solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries both in person and via phone or email
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Upsell products or services to increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor or customer service area
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall customer experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in sales or customer service are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
